MEET THE TEAM

My grandmother, Flo Lease, humbly served her community of Cumberland, MD as a high school teacher for over 60 years. During the holidays and in the summer, she sold her famous Scottish shortbread cookies at the local Heritage Days festival and sold out EVERY year. After her passing in 2017, I wanted to honor her by keeping her delicious shortbread thriving and available all year round.

As an active duty Air Force acquisitions officer, I'm currently stationed in the Florida Panhandle. And even though I work full-time, I bake during my off time, striving to ensure our customers always have a way to enjoy Flo’s Scotch Shortbread.

My husband, Chuck, is a retired Air Force veteran; he owns and operates his own successful fishing charter (Above the Salt Charters). This incredible man supports everything I do. He loved my grandmother and her cookies and was thrilled when I decided to keep this small part of my grandmother's tremendous legacy going. He's a top-notch salesman when we sell cookies at craft shows and festivals and a cookie-taster extraordinaire!
