Flo's Scotch Shortbread offers shipping within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
After placing your order, cookies will ship in 2-3 days and will arrive via USPS or UPS.
Shipping costs will be calculated according to delivery address. Please consider holidays and weather when ordering as these may affect delivery time.
A tracking number will be provided to you when shipped. We are not responsible for delayed or lost items or for being undeliverable as the result of an incorrect address supplied to us.

If our cookies fail to meet your expectations, please contact us within 10 days of receipt so we can determine if replacement or refund is the better solution. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not accept returns.
